Secondary aluminum alloys in ingots are a kind of supply of non–ferrous metal to consumers in the simplest form (unprocessed). Our products in the form of ingot aluminum are supplied for further melting at the consumer in transfer furnaces and already in liquid form are used in the production of a wide range of products for the automotive industry, in the production of products used in the food industry, in everyday life, light and heavy industry, motor building, production of building structures and materials, deoxidation of steels and other purposes. We produce two types of pig. The first line provides the pouring of liquid secondary alloys into molds weighing about 8 kg and the second line weighing 14-16 kg. The simplest trapezoidal form of the release of secondary aluminum alloys is caused by molds made of high-grade heat-resistant cast iron, which quickly cool the cast aluminum, which, when cooled, reduces its linear dimensions in all directions. Just the trapezoidal shape allows, after cooling, it is easy enough to remove the cooled pig from the scissors for further stacking in bundles. On the pig, the consumer can also see a number of all kinds of clamps and, at first glance, not quite necessary bumps and squeezes, which ensure the preservation of the shape of the bundles during transportation, catching each other when properly laid, as well as to simplify the breaking of the piglets into smaller pieces.
The company employs highly qualified specialists with many years of experience. Our company is proud of many years of experience in the supply of secondary aluminum, the acceptance of aluminum, the creation of aluminum alloys, etc. metals, as well as experience in the sale of metallurgical raw materials on the foreign and domestic markets. The main directions of the company's work are the supply of pure, high-alloy alloys of aluminum and other metals, as well as the acceptance of aluminum.
Non-ferrous metals and alloys of aluminum and other metals undergo additional degassing and refining. Metal casting is carried out in special cast-iron molds with thick walls. The weight of the ingots obtained in this way is usually from 12 to 14 kg. The pig does not have a slag film and any foreign inclusions, which makes it possible to make casting losses minimal.
Foundry aluminum alloys
Alloys with good fluidity and formability are called foundry alloys. In addition, foundry alloys must have good mechanical, anticorrosive, heat-resistant properties, therefore, the development of compositions is solved comprehensively and alloys are mainly multicomponent.
The highest casting properties are characterized by AI-Si, Al-Cu, Al-Mg alloys.
Our company supplies alloys with the "correct" structure. The supply of alloys is our job.
